This is to ensure that commissioned work or other requests are met with accuracy; it is vital to Kathryn that all her clients are completely happy with the artwork they have purchased. Providing written, detailed requests prevents potential miscommunication and allows Kathryn to utilize a visual reference and complete an order to the client's satisfaction. For those who prefer contact via phone, Kathryn will send an email following the conversation with a client to document their requests. It is expected that all clients will promptly review emails from the artist and notify her of any changes to their order within three days of receipt.
